Psychotherapy for the Parts of You That Are Ready to Heal

I’m a New York-based therapist offering remote sessions for individuals and couples seeking deep, insight-oriented therapy to navigate trauma, transitions, and emotional overwhelm.

“Healing begins when we stop surviving and start understanging who we truly are.”

My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I listen closely, ask thoughful questions, and stay engaged as we explore what matters most to you. I will support you doing deep, meaningful work—at a pace that feels safe and steady.

Claudia has helped me through so many experiences — loss, grief, change, life stages, forgiveness — but most importantly helped me understand the reason behind my actions and behaviors and how to modify and adjust them in a positive manner.

She’s extremely educated, professional and listens so carefully that at some point in the journey she knows the names of everyone you’ve ever brought up in session and their relationship to you.

I consider myself extremely blessed to have found someone like her to help guide me and my healing through past traumas and navigating my present.

My Practice

I work with individuals (aged 16+) and couples seeking a space for honest reflection and meaningful change. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or navigating a major transition, therapy can help you gain clarity, ease emotional pain, and reconnect with your true sense of self. My style is steady and compassionate, and I welcome curiosity—including genuineness and a sense of humor—as part of the healing process.

Who Do I Work Best With?

I work best with people who are motivated to better understand themselves—even if they don’t know where to begin. Many of my clients are high-functioning and independent, but feel anxious , stuck, depressed, or overwhelmed beneath the surface. If your are open to meaninful inner work—and can bring honesty, curiosity, and a willingness to explore—I’ll meet you there with genuineness, warmth and skills.

My wife and I took our twin daughters, who were 8 at the time, to see Claudia. They were having behavioral issues that were disrupting our family and our lives.

Claudia quickly recognized that the turmoil in our family extended beyond our two daughters.

Our experience with her has been outstanding and helped our family greatly, and I would recommend counseling with Claudia to anyone in need.

Claudia’s perspective helped me understand a lot about myself and the situation I was dealing with.

I’m grateful that after our sessions I got to be in a better place in my life.

Claudia showed great humanity and kindness — and that took the sessions to an absolute great level.

I couldn’t ask for a better therapist.
